Tom Butterworth

Tom joined the team in 2021. He provides a broad range of legal advice to clients across a variety of industries who are looking to expand their business internationally. He drafts and advises on a wide range of commercial agreements including distribution, licensing, sponsorship and supplier contracts. He also advises on intellectual property matters, assists with dispute resolution and conducts legal research.

Tom graduated from the University of Warwick with an Upper Second Class Honours degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, and obtained a Distinction in both his GDL and LPC from the University of Law. Prior to joining Stephens, Tom pursued a career as a professional golfer in the UK and Spain.
