Ryan Kerley

Trainee Solicitor

Ryan joined Stephens in 2023. He is involved with providing legal advice on a range of issues to clients across a variety of industries. His work involves conducting legal research and undertaking company secretarial work as well as supporting clients with events. He assists with reviewing and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements including distribution, licensing, influencer, and supplier contracts.

Ryan graduated from Cardiff University with an Upper Second-Class Honours degree in International Relations and Politics and a Commendation in his GDL. He then went on to study the LPC at the University of Law in which he obtained a Distinction. Ryan is a keen golfer and during his time in Cardiff, he played 11-a-side football for the University’s Law Society.
