Martha Ignatieva

Trainee Solicitor

Martha joined the firm in 2019. She is involved with advising on IP issues, conducting legal research and undertaking company secretarial work. She assists with drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements including collaboration agreements; distribution agreements; various terms and conditions for competitions, prize draws and price promotions; licensing agreements; influencer agreements and service provider agreements. Martha also leads the on-the-ground and online brand protection and anti-counterfeiting programme for five of our clients.

Martha graduated with an Upper Second-Class Honours degree in French and Russian from Queen Mary University, and is currently studying her LPC at BPP part-time alongside her work.
