Caroline joined the firm in 2019. She provides a wide range of legal advice, predominantly to fashion, retail and consumables brands. This includes drafting and negotiating distribution, licensing, e-commerce, sponsorship and influencer agreements, as well as advising on issues around IP portfolios, data protection and marketing. Caroline also has strong experience in advising on a range of service contracts – from IT and software to marketing agency agreements.
She spends a day each week in-house with one of our fashion brand clients, working closely with the executive team and members of the business on a variety of legal issues.
Caroline graduated with an upper second-class honours in History from the University of Durham and obtained a Distinction in both her GDL and LPC. Prior to joining the firm, Caroline trained at one of London’s biggest law firms.
