Bella Garnham

Associate

Bella joined the team in 2023. She provides a broad range of legal advice to clients across a variety of industries, including fashion, retail and cosmetics brands looking to grow their brands domestically and internationally. Bella is predominately involved in drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements, including franchise, distribution, licensing, and service provider agreements. She also provides support with marketing, events and intellectual property matters.

With a view of better understanding our clients’ businesses and needs, she spends one day a week in-house with one of our long-standing clients, working closely with the executive team and members of the business on a variety of legal issues.

Bella graduated from Otago University with a double degree in Law and Finance and was admitted as a New Zealand qualified solicitor in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Bella worked as a solicitor for a boutique commercial law firm in Auckland, New Zealand.
