Jess Ward

Jess joined the firm in 2022. She provides a wide range of legal advice across a variety of industries, including fashion and retail brands. This includes drafting, negotiating and advising on franchising, distribution, licensing, e-commerce, sponsorship and influencer agreements.

Jess graduated with an upper second-class honours in English Language and Literature from Brasenose College, University of Oxford. She obtained a Commendation in both her GDL and Accelerated LPC. Prior to joining the firm, Jess trained and qualified at a Magic Circle law firm and spent six months on secondment at a high-profile luxury fashion brand, working closely with their legal and co-sec teams.
